  Just wondering what the average lead time on purchases is currently.
  
  Placed an order on the 27th December, but no movement from processing yet.

  Hi Ben, I will be shipping outstanding orders this Friday or next Monday. I need to clear a few things up with my delivery people to avoid any further tracking issues. I have a meeting with them at 2pm on Friday.
