        Hi,
        Can you give me a contact email address for orders not arriving please. I ordered the cube, with diffusion plates on 27th December, order number 6650. The order is marked as complete, but I have not received this order.
        I would be grateful if someone could contact me about this order please.

          I marked the order as complete as it has left me and is on its way. You should have received an email with a tracking number. If you haven’t, please email me at [email protected] and I will send you the tracking link.

          EDIT: Sorry, I just noticed you are in the UK and you paid for 2nd class, so there is no tracking. I put it in the post on Tuesday, so it should be with you shortly.
